Nica-Stroker finished, Ferdinand's Revenge Part 5

The Nica-Stroker Project is already finished. Looks good the 2138cc power-plant with vintage speed exhaust






This engine has massiv torque with his 84mm stroke and it`s pulling like a freigth train!

Prepare the heads to fit the Mahle Nicasil Cylinders, the spacers on the Cylinders are installed to fit the 84mm SCAT Crankshaft.

Weight Improvement (Ferdinand's Revenge Part 4)

In this post I want to show you an overview in my weight improvement on the Ferdinand's revenge engine project


Camshaft, Lifters, Valves , Wrist Pins and Pistons are back from coating

In my opinion one of the best combinations for street use.

Mr. D`s 2,4l Typ4 ready and new engine project "Coin of Five"





Ready for break in, ignition and exhaust will be fit on the engine test bench


In this 2,4l Typ4 with high performance valvesprings I use my JPS pushrods too

2,4l Typ4 update, Christmas gift

This is an update on Mr. D`s 2,4l Typ4

 
Crankshaft with rods

 
Heads are prepared for the 104 mm jugs
combustion chamber reshaped and set for a dynamical compression ratio of  8,5:1

 
Intake modification

 
Chromo rocker studs
 
 
Left the new M8 SW15 nuts rigth the org. M7



 
Shorten the cylinders by 1,9mm
